We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Business Controller to join our team at Mirakl. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to stakeholders to inform business strategy.
- Financial Reporting and Accounting
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Financial Planning and Budgeting
- Develop and manage budgets and financial plans for various business units.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize financial goals and objectives.
- Financial Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Education
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience
- 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related field.
- Skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis tools, such as Anaplan and NetSuite.
