Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and hosting clients and guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Managing the reception area, including answering phone calls and directing visitors
• Coordinating with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for clients
• Providing administrative support to the sales team as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in French and English languages
• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or sales environment
