Join Our Team as a Business Developer

Sym Care Lab, a pioneering HealthTech company revolutionizing access to visual health, is seeking a highly motivated Sales professional to join our dynamic team.

About Us

Sym Care Lab offers a cutting-edge SaaS solution for asynchronous teleconsultation, dedicated to visual health professionals such as opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists. Our platform enables secure collection and transmission of refractive tests to an ophthalmologist, ensuring an ordonnance is issued within 48 hours.

Our solution creates a genuine link between opticians and ophthalmologists, addressing the shortage of visual health professionals and significantly reducing waiting times for ophthalmologist consultations in France.

Your Role

As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in our growth by establishing strong partnerships with visual health professionals, particularly opticians. Your mission will be to promote our innovative solution, Sym Care Lab, while developing the Sym Entreprise branch to organize health events in companies and optician interventions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Prospection: Identify and contact visual health professionals, focusing on opticians, to schedule meetings and present our solutions.
  2. Sales: Understand the specific needs of practitioners and convince them to adopt Sym solutions, highlighting benefits such as optimized practice management, increased visibility, and client base.
  3. Product Training: Train healthcare professionals on the use of our platform to ensure an optimal user experience.
  4. Reporting: Use the CRM Hubspot to plan activities, track client account development, and maintain a rigorous administrative follow-up.

Required Qualities

  • Experience in prospecting.
  • Passion for sales and motivation in the face of challenges.
  • Autonomy and ability to manage a complete sales cycle (A to Z).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Degree from a business school, sales training, or equivalent university degree (IUT/BTS/Licence commerciale).
