About the Job

As a key member of the Alliance Automotive Group team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our network of garages and workshops. Your primary role will be to respond to technical inquiries and provide expert advice to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls and emails from garages and workshops
  • Document all interactions and correspondence in our ticketing system to ensure seamless follow-up
  • Assist garages in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
  • Research and provide technical information and schematics to support customer inquiries
  • Develop and maintain technical notes and resources to enhance our knowledge base
  • Design and deliver online training modules to support our customers' professional development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements
  • Develop and deliver training content in various formats, including online and in-person sessions
  • Analyze training outcomes and effectiveness

About the Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an experienced automotive professional with a strong background in mechanics and technical support. You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
