Job Summary
The Budget, Logistics and Real Estate Division is responsible for managing the Ministry's assets and ensuring the smooth operation of its facilities. As an Administrative Manager within this division, you will play a key role in overseeing the logistics and administrative functions of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the logistics team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the division's operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure that the division's goals are met.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics and administrative management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, logistics, etc.).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- Normal working hours.
