Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Manager

As a Sr Production Manager at LEO Pharma, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong leader who can manage multiple production processes, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement production schedules to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve high-quality results
- Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Master's degree in business management, production engineering, or relevant discipline
- Fluent English minimum; French is an asset
- Approx. 10 years of experience in coordinating roles within production, logistics, and/or supply management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and create relationships with internal stakeholders
