About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Digital Innovation Transformation Lead in our Paris office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our clients in the Manufacturing, Industrial, Retail, and Consumer sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing expert guidance on the latest technology trends and innovations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-focused transformation projects, leveraging industry expertise and experiences.
- Assess client opportunities, generate and respond to RFPs, create proposals, and establish senior relationships with clients and prospective clients.
- Shape and scope consulting engagements, establish optimal operating models, and lead the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase.
- Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities, and challenges in the sectors, markets, and geographies in which our clients operate.
Requirements
- Demonstrable broad and deep expertise in Manufacturing, Industrial, Retail, or Consumer clients in France.
- Deep industry experience in trend-setting, digital, and innovative technology-focused leadership positions or equivalent from a recognized consultancy practice.
- Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking skills.
- Ability to lead people and recruit your own team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including seasoned presentation skills.
- Gravitas and personal credibility with senior executives.
- Demonstrated success in effectively managing client consulting engagements in fast-paced environments.
What We Offer
