We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team at Evotec WD. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in IT architecture who is eager to design and implement innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement IT architecture solutions that align with business objectives.
- Design scalable and reliable systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure architecture meets security and compliance requirements.
- Master server virtualization technologies.
- Design and manage robust data management strategies.
- Implement and maintain database solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Develop backup and recovery solutions to protect critical data assets.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure architecture remains aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the IT architecture.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT architecture or related roles.
- Understanding of IT systems, cloud services, and security protocols.
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware.
- Expertise in data management, databases, and backup solutions.
