Linum Consult Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead their MEP site in the Rhône-Alpes region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire MEP site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, project management, engineers, site staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare, lead, or attend site meetings, ensuring the dissemination of information.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise MEP construction projects using a Lean management methodology.
  • Identify project stages and establish a detailed schedule of MEP work.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and budgets.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role on a data centre construction project.
  • Degree qualification in Construction Management or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of planning and management of construction sites, using MS Project, Primavera, and BIM tools.
  • Electrical authorisations H0/B0/BR/BC.
  • Authorised to work at height, with training and history of using rolling scaffolding.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
