Data Governance Analyst

At Holland & Knight, we are seeking a highly skilled Reporting Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Information Governance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation, review, and maintenance of Firm policies, procedures, and best practices related to data governance, data migration, data quality, and the retention and disposition of data.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track data governance metrics.
- Provide training and coaching to end-users on data governance best practices.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data governance software and systems.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in data governance, project planning, and data analysis.
- High degree of critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High technology proficiency, particularly in database administration and relevant software systems.
- Document Management Systems and Records Management Systems experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Information Governance principles and practices strongly preferred.
