About the Role
As a Scrum Master at AXA Group, you will play a key role in driving our digital transformation by facilitating the Scrum process and coaching teams on Agile principles. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will help us deliver high-quality software products and improve our overall operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings to ensure team alignment and progress tracking

• Remove obstacles or impediments hindering team productivity and progress

• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices

• Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks

• Organize and facilitate sprint planning meetings to define work to be done in upcoming sprints

• Encourage collaboration and communication among teams and stakeholders

• Monitor teams' adherence to Scrum practices and help them continuously improve processes

• Conduct retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance team performance

Requirements
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework

• Previous experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders

• Proven ability to facilitate and coach teams in Agile practices and ceremonies

• Problem-solving skills to identify and address impediments hindering team progress

• Leadership and conflict resolution abilities to guide teams and resolve conflicts effectively

• Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies

• Experience in managing product backlogs and sprint planning activities
