Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Consultant to join our team at AXA Group. As an Internal Management Consultant, you will play a key role in driving cross-functional and cross-business unit programs in solution design and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex business challenges and develop options for successful solutioning.
- Facilitate decision-making processes and provide state-of-the-art documentation for senior stakeholders.
- Support project acceleration by providing an outside-in perspective and assistance in investigating root causes of challenges or bottlenecks.
- Prepare and facilitate management workshops and ideation sessions to drive productive outcomes.
- Define and document current and future processes, and identify required training and documentation needs.
- Apply Change Management tools and methodologies to various projects, including impact assessment, roll-out planning, stakeholder management, communication, and training.
- Share expertise and lessons learned among Transformation & Change team members to drive cross-pollination of knowledge.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in internal consulting roles, ideally on the Big4.
- Extensive experience in driving strategic and/or global programs in an international environment.
- Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical/conceptual skills complemented with effective social/soft skills.
- Acts as a role model and supports junior colleagues in project execution.
- Effective Change Management skills, experience in assessing change impact, and delivering change management activities targeted to various stakeholder groups.
- Insurance industry background a plus.
- PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- PROSCI and/or Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.
- MBA a plus.
