YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee employee administration processes from recruitment to separation
  • Manage work schedules, leave requests, and attendance records, ensuring accuracy in time management systems
  • Handle payroll processing
  • Facilitate recruitment activities and assist in the onboarding of new employees
  • Develop and track employee growth plans

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

POSITION DETAILS

Contract Type: alternating, professional training agreement
Duration: 24 months, full-time commitment
