About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Data Scientist to join our Risk Management & Actuarial Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and improving our risk models and forecasting tools, driving business growth and resilience in the face of climate-related risks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and improve algorithms and risk models to monitor and manage our portfolio
- Identify and implement new statistical methods to differentiate us from competitors
- Contribute to the development of our technological platform
- Collaborate with teams to understand needs and issues, driving technical excellence
- Work autonomously and pragmatically to make informed technical decisions
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual with a strong background in computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, or meteorological studies. Ideally, you will have previous experience in data science or climate modeling, and be proficient in statistics and applied mathematics methods. You will also have the ability to build high-performance algorithms and be proficient in Python.
