Operational Focus:
- Maintenance of tertiary electrical equipment essential for central office services and perimeter road lighting.
- Comprehensive maintenance of elevators (15), freight lifts (12), automatic doors (72), and pedestrian doors (10).
- Management of the high-voltage distribution and transformation network, ensuring reliable power delivery.
- Maintenance of heating and air conditioning equipment (50MW), contributing to a comfortable and productive work environment.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven technical expertise in both electrical and mechanical fields, with a strong understanding of maintenance techniques and methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance policies and strategies, coupled with general technical acumen.
- Demonstrated financial management skills, enabling effective budget control and resource allocation.
Ideal Profile:
We seek a highly motivated individual holding a degree in general or specialized engineering, with a focus on electrical engineering. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role is preferred.
