Integration Team Focus: In a large and intricate organization utilizing multiple enterprise-scale systems, the primary goal is to ensure seamless integration. The integration team is responsible for creating and maintaining a modern, scalable service-oriented integration layer. This team’s scope extends beyond mere integration; it involves constructing services that extract reusable business logic from various systems to facilitate scalability and future integrations, such as master data management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop integration services utilizing an API/event-first approach, leveraging NoSQL and Kafka.
  • Enhance the existing framework to support service development.
  • Actively participate in scrum ceremonies as a dedicated team member.
  • Conduct code reviews and engage in pair programming.
  • Collaborate on solution designs with technical leads and architects.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proficient in Java programming (primarily Java 17+).
  • Experience with message brokers, particularly Kafka.
  • Background in building distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with TDD, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture principles.
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Kanban and/or Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficient in using JIRA and Confluence or similar tools for process tracking and documentation.
  • Strong skills in Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a diverse environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Other Requirements:
  • Proficient in English (B2/C1 level).
