Job Title: Pharmacometrician - Advanced Pharmacometrics

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacometrician to join our team in Munich, Germany. As a Pharmacometrician, you will play a key role in providing pharmacometrics solutions to support drug development, developing population pharmacokinetic (popPK) models, and implementing clinical trial simulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to provide pharmacometrics solutions to support drug development
• Develop popPK models using preclinical and clinical data
• Implement clinical trial simulations for power calculation, optimization of study designs, and dose selection
• Create and manage datasets for popPK and PK/PD analyses
• Respond quickly to urgent team requests

Requirements:

• PhD, MD, or PharmD in Bioengineering or Pharmaceutical Sciences or Pharmacology, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of industry/consulting experience or academic research working in R&D, pre-clinical and clinical environments
• Strong programming and dataset creation/management skills in R
• Experience with NONMEM and/or MONOLIX is a must
• Good experience with popPK PK/PD analyses, dose-response and exposure response analyses
