We are in search of a results-oriented and practical Repair Network Operations Manager to establish and execute a network of certified workshops, facilitating robust growth in Services & Solutions while enhancing customer satisfaction. As a vital member of the Services & Solutions Team, you will report directly to the Head of Services & Solutions and play a crucial role in the delivery of services to our clientele. Retail is fundamental to our operations and essential for the success of our new venture. The Repair Network Operations Manager will spearhead and cultivate the commercial retail network framework, contributing to the sustainable growth of our organization.
Key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:
- Formulate the support service agreement with Volvo Group and Renault Group for the retail functions of the new entity.
- Establish and finalize the Service Level agreement with the chosen repair workshops.
- Collaborate with the aftermarket team and Sales and Marketing to design and implement efficient and innovative retail processes and tools.
- Promote best practices through ongoing performance enhancement within the retail sector.
- Engage in projects aimed at aligning or refining workshop processes, identifying synergies to boost customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure support for our Sales & Marketing and Services & Solutions teams to proactively manage workshop processes, retail strategies, and strive for an efficient network. This includes the consolidation and monitoring of various KPIs, audits, customer satisfaction initiatives, and training activities.
Frequent travel is a requirement.
What you bring to the table:
- A proven history in services, aftermarket, or sales and retail.
- Prior experience in B2B environments.
- A Master's degree in business or engineering.
- Demonstrated capability in project management.
- Innovative and proactive mindset.
- Strong customer focus.
- Experience in implementing change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken), with an ideal proficiency in French .
