About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join our R&D team at LINAGORA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new features, custom modifications, and code refactoring for our open-source multi-platform application, TeamMail.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new features and custom modifications to suit the needs of our clients
  • Refactor code to ensure high-quality and maintainability
  • Participate in code review and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Collaborate with the design and business analytics department to define product features
  • Design and build applications for mobile platforms using Flutter
  • Work with product and business teams to define products that meet market needs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in mobile technologies
  • Coach team members and participate in the interview process to assess technical skills

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in mobile software development (Android, iOS, or Flutter)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and cloud message APIs
  • Knowledge of state management approaches and UI/UX standards
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools and agile methodologies
  • Strong OO design and skills in functional programming and reactive programming
  • Good communication skills in English
