We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Finishing Specialist to join our team at FEHR GROUPE SAS. In this role, you will be responsible for various finishing and repair tasks related to prefabricated components and concrete facades.

• Execute all finishing and repair tasks on prefabricated structures and concrete cladding.
• Carry out intricate finishing operations with precision.
• Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness in after-sales service.
• Manage elastomer joint treatments between prefabricated units.
• Implement corrections and self-leveling as necessary.
• Apply surface treatments including cold equalizers, water repellents, and concrete stains.
• Provide clients with optimal technical solutions and engage in negotiations.

The ideal candidate will possess a CAP/BEP or BAC PRO qualification in construction, along with relevant experience as a concrete finisher, plasterer, or painter. You should be capable of working at heights, and having a Nacelle CACES certification is advantageous. We value individuals who are proactive, self-sufficient, adaptable, and possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other contractors and clients. Mobility for national travel is essential.
