Installation Mechanic

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Installation Mechanic to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of elevator and escalator units.

Key Responsibilities

• Install new elevators with quality and efficiency
• Work in a safe manner in accordance with all Environmental Health & Safety guidelines
• Liaise directly with customers while on site to build a good working relationship
• Conduct inspections before and after installation to ensure high quality and safety standards

Requirements

• Qualified to install elevators to the standards set in your country
• Hold a driver's license (as necessary)
• At least 6 months of experience in the field of elevators, ideally acquired in the assembly activity or at least experience on site and/or installation
• Good electrical and mechanical skills
• Comfortable with plan reading and calculations
• Appetite for technical products and new technologies
