Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team in Grenoble, France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting troubleshooting and maintenance of HVAC installations on our tertiary site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and maintenance of HVAC installations, including CTA, extraction, PAC, thermofrigopompe, regulation, and GTB.
- Collaborate with an electrical/CVC technician to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
- Monitor the energy performance of installations, diagnose issues, and implement necessary corrections.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, document interventions for traceability, and provide regular reports through GMAO.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations, as well as safety rules.
Requirements:
- Degree in Energy Maintenance, HVAC, or Electrotechnics, or equivalent experience.
- Strong HVAC and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ideal candidate will hold electrical accreditations and be proficient in GMAO tools and computer applications.
- Demonstrate autonomy, adherence to procedures, and excellent customer representation skills.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles in tertiary energy maintenance is a plus.
