Job Description

As a Logistics Agent, you will be responsible for executing operations related to the reception, storage, preparation of orders, and shipment of goods and/or products. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and Processing Orders
    • Review and verify incoming shipments
    • Update inventory levels and track stock movements
  • Order Preparation and Shipment
    • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness
    • Coordinate with transportation providers to schedule pickups and deliveries
  • Inventory Management
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
    • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping
    • Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory levels
    • Generate and distribute relevant documentation, such as shipping manifests and inventory reports
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing and shipment
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Logistics or Supply Chain Experience
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
