Company Overview:

Open Emploi is on the lookout for a talented and knowledgeable Jewelry Training Specialist focusing on Setting and/or Polishing. This role is pivotal in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, where you will be responsible for developing tailored training programs, facilitating educational sessions for diverse groups, offering guidance and support to learners, assessing skill development, collaborating with fellow trainers and the educational team, and enhancing our training services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement customized training modules for jewelry setting and polishing.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions for various audiences.
  • Provide mentorship and support to trainees.
  • Evaluate and validate skill acquisition among participants.
  • Work closely with other trainers and the pedagogical team to improve training offerings.

Qualifications:

  • CAP diploma in jewelry setting and/or polishing.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong focus on customer service.
  • Experience in training apprentices, new employees, or trainees.

Note that travel may be necessary for on-site training sessions. This is a full-time contracted role for 4 weeks, with potential for further similar engagements. The position is based in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
