About the Position:
Our Domino RH agency in Albertville is seeking an Assistant Manager of Retail Operations for one of our esteemed clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth while overseeing, motivating, and developing your team's capabilities.
Your responsibilities encompass five key areas:
- ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT AND PERFORMANCE MONITORING: Track KPIs and ensure the execution of effective strategies; efficiently allocate resources to meet objectives; actively engage in team skill enhancement.
- CLIENT RELATIONSHIP ENHANCEMENT: Provide customers with a seamless shopping experience across all channels; foster a commercial relationship built on trust and guidance; ensure the visibility and availability of the store's offerings.
- PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT: Drive revenue growth and meet financial targets; analyze KPIs and implement suitable action plans; promote individual and collective initiatives to enhance product visibility.
- SKILL DEVELOPMENT: Lead and cultivate product knowledge; adhere to and enforce internal standards regarding hygiene, safety, and quality; ensure compliance with established processes.
- TEAM LEADERSHIP AND COLLABORATION: Manage and nurture skills to achieve performance and collective success; facilitate managerial practices and ensure their implementation; promote teamwork within your teams; actively contribute to the operational management of your Warehouse and/or Basin; collaborate with the entire internal ecosystem.
Desired Profile:
With a background in Commerce or Management, you possess substantial experience in a comparable role. You are adept at managing large and diverse teams. Experience in B2B Commerce is advantageous. Your enthusiasm, energy, and resilience will be significant assets in this role.
