As a Java Backend Developer within our IT department, you will contribute to the development of backend components while adhering to best development practices within a feature team with a focus on 'SoftwareCraftsmanship'.
- Participate in pair programming, code review, unit tests, component tests, and delivery processes.
- Adhere to SCRUM methodology for agile development.
- Contribute to the technical documentation of components for clear understanding.
- Engage in technical and functional design discussions and participate in estimation of enhancements.
Your role will involve close collaboration with Product Management and other members of the IT Department.
