Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in the South West region. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for achieving our commercial goals in the region by developing strong relationships with dealers, improving their performance, and building the BYD brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Funnel management KPIs of the assigned dealer network and create actionable improvement plans.
- Commercial and funnel management metrics, including order goals, registration goals, lead to test drive conversion rates, and stock KPIs.
- Marketing execution in the area, including customer happiness and NPS.
- Financial solutions and market customer relevant financial solutions.
Requirements:
- Education in Business Administration or Marketing related education.
- Solid working experience as Sales Manager or Retail Manager.
- Proven experience within the automotive industry or mobility services.
- Solid financial knowledge and customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent English and French language skills.
