Job Title: Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at Publicis Re:Sources. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the successful delivery of complex programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including defining program objectives, benefits, and roadmaps.
  • Build and lead high-performing global project teams to ensure project/product rollouts in different markets.
  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets.
  • Analyze project progress and adapt scope, timelines, and costs as needed to ensure project team adherence to project requirements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of project management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability.
  • Proven success working with all levels of management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong client management and relationship skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in technology/computer science or equivalent with experience working in different multinationals.
  • Experience delivering P2P/ERP, vendor management, client management.
  • Experience delivering enterprise solutions.
  • Professional certification (PMP/PRINCE II) would be an advantage.
  • Previous success in producing deliverable software platforms.
  • Strong attention to deadlines, team management, and budgetary guidelines.
  • Experience developing in-house platforms for internal processes.
  • Experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members' capabilities and skill sets.
