Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team at La Tour. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will work closely with our Chef Manager to prepare and serve meals to 3000 guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and preparing balanced meals and culinary preparations using fresh ingredients
• Participating in the maintenance and cleaning of the kitchen and equipment
• Ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards

Work Organization

This full-time position requires a flexible schedule, working from Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:15pm.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a culinary background, preferably with a CAP in cuisine or equivalent experience in the food service industry.
