Procurement Lead

Ponticelli's Projects Division is seeking a skilled Procurement Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), you will be responsible for managing and overseeing procurement activities on our projects. Your expertise in procurement processes, supply chain management, and vendor management will be essential in ensuring that all procurement processes align with our strategic objectives, project requirements, and compliance standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting project teams on procurement methodology, follow-up, and reporting
• Ensuring all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
• Serving as the primary point of contact for procurement-related matters within the PMO
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings, supplier consolidation, and process improvement
• Leading procurement planning sessions with project teams to establish clear procurement schedules and requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement in Oil & Gas. You will also need to be fluent in English and French, and have strong negotiation and contract management skills.
