About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our IT Excellence team at AXA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining technical roadmaps for local distributed infrastructures, reviewing and assessing technical architecture, and creating and maintaining technical IT procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring that all technical solutions meet the required standards.
  • Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain local distributed infrastructures, including Windows, Linux, VMWare, and Network.
  • Technical Governance: Contribute to technical governance meetings, lead the Change Management Board, and review and assess normal and standard changes.
  • Cloud Expertise: Contribute to new projects within GIE on Local infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and/or container technologies.
  • IT Skills Management: Follow-up IT skills at CIO Office, including technical positions interviews and BAU Technical support for Project Managers.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in the job
  • 10 years of experience in the domain
  • Expert-level knowledge of Linux, Windows, Hypervisors, Development tools, and Cloud platforms
  • Master-level knowledge of AWS technologies, Microsoft Azure technologies, and Cloud Services
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
