We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team at People Corporation. As a key member of our acquisitions team, you will play a critical role in evaluating business opportunities and providing strategic recommendations to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on prospective partner firms
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with business acquisitions
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients on business valuations and investment opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice
