Senior Sales Engineer

Parallels is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales team, customers, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform detailed demonstrations of Parallels products and solutions.
- Provide in-depth technical assistance to potential customers and partners.
- Take ownership of Proof of Concepts and ensure they are completed on time and meet customer requirements.
- Develop project concepts and proposals to solve customer needs and requests.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Mentor and assist in training Sales Engineers, new hires, and the sales team as required.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Engineering for a product operating in the same domains as Parallels.
- Hands-on experience in at least one of the following technologies: Parallels RAS, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, VMWare Horizon, Microsoft RDS, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Deep knowledge and experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services - TS/RDSH/Application/Desktop and VDI Publishing.
- Working knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure solutions relating to Systems, Network, and Security.
- Experience in cloud computing platforms, mainly in Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS.
- Ability to perform product demonstrations and presentations to technical and executive audiences.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create technical documentation.
- Strong presentation, communication, and training skills.
- Fluent in written and verbal business-level English is a must. French, Italian, or Spanish is a secondary must.
- At least 3 years' experience in implementing and/or administering applications and desktop virtualization systems.
- At least 3 years' experience in cloud-based computing.
- Readiness to travel annually.
