Industrialization Specialist

You will be responsible for ensuring the industrialization of products by integrating the concern for the safety of people and the imperatives of Cost/Quality/Time. This includes:

• Defining ranges and production engagement diagrams (assembly, SEP).
• Designing and defining the tools to be used in production and after-sales service.
• Defining specific packaging and packaging (production and after-sales service).
• Standardizing working methods, in particular through documents (e.g., operating procedures) for production and service, in collaboration with experts from the departments concerned.
• Ensuring the technical interface (in both directions) between R&D and operations (production, after-sales service, Ordo, Purchasing); e.g., participation in design reviews.
• Conducting a technological watch on the production processes within its scope.

You will provide production support, including:

• Supporting production, after-sales service, and suppliers (excluding instrument development).
• Processing supplier exemption.
• Being the guarantor of vacuum methods within the assembly workshop.

You will contribute to the improvement of the organization and processes related to production, including:

• Facilitating problem-solving groups on production issues.
• Proposing organizational improvements for production (e.g., flows and layouts) and managing their implementation according to Lean principles.
• Proposing improvements to optimize production (e.g., time reduction) or to facilitate manufacturing by suppliers.

You have:

• BTEC Higher National Diploma on industrial products design.
• Mechanical specialty.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge on CAD software.
• Knowledge on vacuum technology.
