Key Responsibilities:- Assist in drafting and managing negotiations of credit agreements, including bilateral and syndicated deals, adhering to standard LMA and other frameworks;
- Update and maintain contract templates utilized by the organization, including credit agreements, service contracts, confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, and general conditions;
- Review contracts with external service providers to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal procedural standards;
- Collaborate directly with managers and operational teams, providing assistance on various legal inquiries;
- Engage in cross-functional projects within the legal department, focusing on training, best practices, knowledge management, and legal research;
- Contribute to the drafting of procedural documents;
- Stay informed on banking and financial regulations by monitoring legislative changes, participating in working groups, and preparing notes;
- Currently pursuing a law degree or enrolled in a Master 2 / DJCE program specializing in Banking and Financial Law;
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative;
- Possess curiosity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset;
- Have a keen interest in economic and financial matters;
- Willingness to thrive in a multicultural and international environment;
- Proficiency in English is required;
- Previous significant internship experience (minimum 6 months) in a law firm or legal department of a multinational corporation is preferred;
