Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Risk Management and Consequence Modelling team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies for business growth and service expansion.
  • Oversee and conduct HAZOP and HAZID assessments, ensuring high standards of risk analysis.
  • Utilize advanced consequence modelling tools (2D & 3D) and QRA methodologies to deliver accurate and insightful analyses.
  • Mentor and develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and deliver tailored risk management solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of technological advancements in risk analysis.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in risk analysis, with a strong focus on HAZOP and HAZID assessments.
  • Extensive experience with advanced consequence modelling tools (2D & 3D) and Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) methodologies.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing technical teams.
  • Fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Full legal right to work in France.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
