About COLAS REUNION INDUSTRIES
COLAS REUNION INDUSTRIES, a subsidiary of the renowned Colas Group, is seeking a driven and analytical Sales Performance Analyst to join our team on Réunion Island. In this role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating the effectiveness of our sales operations and providing valuable insights to drive growth.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of monthly sales data to track progress against established targets.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive commercial dashboard to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide administrative support to our dedicated sales teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage client relationships, including communication and follow-up.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities through research and analysis of public tenders.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our commercial database, ensuring data quality for informed decision-making.
Your Profile:
- Possess a minimum qualification of Bac +2/3 or equivalent.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Familiarity with Power BI is highly advantageous.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
