**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled FPGA Senior Designer to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our electronics department, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex electronic systems for our missile and defense systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in feasibility studies and develop technical specifications for electronic circuit design.
- Contribute to the development of electronic system architecture.
- Design and develop VHDL models, perform synthesis, placement, routing, and verification, as well as create associated documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronic systems onto target boards.
- Lead and mentor junior FPGA designers, and assist project managers and business leaders in reporting, cost management, risk management, and timeline management.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FPGA design and development.
- Strong knowledge of VHDL, C/C++, System Verilog, and Model-Based Design tools.
- Experience with Xilinx, Microsemi, and Intel FPGA families.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English.
