Your Expertise
We are seeking a skilled Pizzaiolo (M/F) to join our team at Groupe Restoleil. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pizza-making process, from supply to distribution.
Your Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and reception/communication skills. You should also have a strong sense of rigour and be able to work well under pressure. Additionally, you will need to have manufacturing and sales skills, as well as a degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as CAP "cuisine" or CQP "cuisine".
Your Missions
As a Pizzaiolo (M/F), your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the efficient production and cooking of pizzas in an electric oven.
- Designing new pizza products.
- Preparing a variety of cooked sweet and savoury toppings.
- Applying strict hygiene and safety rules.
- Assisting in the preparation of dishes according to our culinary production plan.
- Respecting our rules of hygiene and food safety and the Restoleil quality charter.
Your Contract
We offer a seasonal fixed-term contract with a competitive net monthly salary, depending on your profile. You will also receive food and lodging as part of your benefits package.
