The Acquiring Processing Product Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Worldline's product portfolio. This dynamic individual will drive innovation, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis and Product Vision
- Conduct market research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Define the long-term vision and strategy for the product.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's development and business release schedule.
- Collect and prioritize product business requirements from stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Define and document product business features and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure that product requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Define investment objectives in line with the product and value chain strategy.
- Conduct identification and gathering of investment items from various stakeholders of the product community.
- Prepare investment plan and promote product investment strategy in front of necessary governance bodies.
- Define key results to achieve by the product and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effects and success of business decisions.
- Analyze product data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous product enhancements.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
- Manage timelines, resources, and dependencies to ensure that product initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
- Address and resolve conflicts that arise during the product development process.
