  • Machine Setup: Configure and fine-tune turning equipment, including both conventional and CNC lathes.
  • Tool Selection: Choose the right cutting instruments and implement them effectively on the machinery.
  • Precision Machining: Execute the machining of components while ensuring compliance with dimensional and geometric tolerances.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections of machined parts and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
  • Machine Maintenance: Regularly service and clean machine tools to ensure optimal performance.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow established safety protocols and operational procedures.
