Product Portfolio Director

Are you a seasoned digital product management professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for driving customer satisfaction and supporting business growth? We're seeking a Product Portfolio Director to join our Solution Development Marketing department at Hager Electro SAS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the global product portfolio Connected Systems & Software, overseeing its Product Management team and ensuring the success and profitability of the business.
  • Develop a mid-term holistic portfolio strategy, aligning with group strategy and pivotal market area needs, and define the connectivity roadmap.
  • Define and implement group standards for connectivity layers, integrating customer, product, and solution requirements, as well as standards, regulations, and technological evolutions.
  • Monitor the product lifecycle, prioritize, and decide on all development requirements, and define and deliver the specific portfolio on time and reliably.
  • Represent the Global Portfolio Connected Systems & Software in the Hager Group governance decision and executive boards.
Requirements:
  • Technical degree (electrical, electronics, computer science, industrial engineering) with a deep experience in digital product management.
  • Strong knowledge in product life cycle management and customer orientation.
  • Entrepreneurial and international management skills, with the ability to drive transformation projects and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Convincing leadership and innovation skills, with a creative mindset and a positive attitude towards new ideas and challenges.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strategic vision, with the ability to structure and prioritize tasks.
  • Fluent in English, with German or French a plus.
