As a Senior Sustainability Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve higher levels of operational and sustainable performance.

Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of customers and assignments, contributing to the development of consulting offers, supervising and training junior consultants, and contributing to the company's methodological, human, commercial, and strategic development.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our Reporting 21 software with the team, ideating functionalities and gathering customer needs.

We are looking for a graduate of a business or engineering school, or a major university, with a preferred background in sustainability, CSR, or sustainable development. You should have 2-4 years of consulting experience in a large or medium-sized company, with experience in managing junior consultants and carrying out assignments.

You should also have proven experience in CSR, ESG, or sustainable development consulting, and be data-driven and results-oriented.

If you are a team player with good interpersonal and listening skills, and are able to integrate quickly into a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage a portfolio of 10-15 customers and assignments
* Contribute to the development of consulting offers
* Supervise and train junior consultants
* Contribute to the company's methodological, human, commercial, and strategic development
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Reporting 21 software

**Ideal Profile:**
