As part of the Finance and Information Systems Division, your role will focus on the oversight and accounting of elements associated with:
- Construction and renovation projects undertaken by L'Union sociale pour l'habitat
- General management of fixed assets
- Monitoring of loans acquired by the organization (including loans, assets, grants, depreciation, and asset disposals)
Your key tasks will encompass:
- Verification, accounting, and preparation of invoices for suppliers engaged in construction initiatives (new builds, component replacements, and general engineering)
- Reviewing and justifying accounts of fixed asset suppliers
- Validation and accounting for final project settlements
- Recording loans and their respective maturities
- Documenting asset disposals
- Verifying and accounting for elements related to construction insurance management
- Actively participating in year-end activities, including:
- Asset depreciation
- Accrued but unpaid interest
- Verification and justification of financial obligations
- Processing of grants
- Reconciliation of all pertinent accounts
- Preparation of VAT returns
You will collaborate across various departments within the organization, particularly with the Habitat, Heritage, and Energy Transition Division.
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will possess a degree in accounting or finance, demonstrating a solid understanding of general accounting principles and practices. Familiarity with social housing and its unique accounting requirements will be advantageous.
Proficiency in digital management tools and a strong command of Excel are essential.
You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, ability to listen, and capacity for dialogue with both internal and external stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment.
Being meticulous, organized, and methodical, you are capable of meeting and adhering to production deadlines for various assignments.
