As a Telecom Project Manager at Experis France, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients' telecommunications projects. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and development to execution and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with telecom suppliers, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the project.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for each telecom project.
- Conduct thorough research to identify new telecommunications operators and offerings that align with our clients' needs.
- Gather detailed requirements from both internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their expectations.
- Lead technical studies to evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of new telecom solutions.
- Analyze cost estimates and profitability projections, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Present compelling proposals and recommendations to clients and internal teams, effectively communicating complex technical information.
- Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to contractual agreements.
- Provide regular progress reports to management, highlighting key milestones and addressing any potential challenges.
- Proactively manage deployment and operational incidents, resolving issues swiftly and efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, PMP, utilizing tools like MS Project, Jira, and Trello.
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications technologies, including networking protocols, operating systems, and monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insightful reports.
- Previous experience working with a telecommunications operator is highly desirable.
Soft Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Telecommunications.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager within the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering clear and concise presentations to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and innovation abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
