    • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and supports the development of our employees.
    • Build a robust employee learning and development ecosystem that fosters a culture of continuous learning and growth.
    • Empower and upskill our employees to take ownership of their learning and development, and provide them with the tools and resources needed to succeed.
    • Make links with moments that matter across our employees' lifecycle, such as onboarding, individual development objectives, and career prospects.
    • Facilitate the integration of learning into our daily workflows and centralize a learning roadmap.
  • Learning Innovation, Capabilities and Operations (20%)
    • Define, maintain, and continuously improve our learning and knowledge management infrastructure and tools.

    • Present the learning offer in a clear and tangible manner, ensuring internal users can easily comprehend and apply it.
    • Establish our team as the primary resource for supporting incoming learning requests, qualifying their needs, and providing suitable learning solutions when relevant.
    • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights for continuous improvement and advocate for a comprehensive and cohesive learning experience on team-level.
  • Team and Stakeholders Management (20%)
    • Manage a team of learning designers, tools, and operations partners and program managers.
    • Conduct change management and adoption with our stakeholders and run projects with business stakeholders at all levels of the hierarchy.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic leader with a proven track record in managing and developing teams, leading large-scale projects, and measuring and acting on the impact of their delivery. You should have a strong understanding of learning design and delivery, as well as experience in managing internal processes and ensuring easy access to relevant learning opportunities.

You should also have excellent communication skills, with the capacity to adjust and simplify complexity based on your audience, and fluency in English and French. Italian or German is a plus.
