Job Title: Regional Manager France

We are MYNE Homes, a pioneering proptech company revolutionizing the way people own their dream holiday properties. Our innovative Co-Ownership model provides a unique opportunity for individuals to fulfill their aspirations of owning a vacation home. Backed by experienced founders and top-class investors from the technology and real estate sectors, we are expanding our presence in the South of France and seeking a talented Regional Manager to oversee our French properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage our properties and customers on-site, collaborating with the Berlin-based team.
  • Coordinate external service providers and ensure quality assurance.
  • Plan and coordinate repair and maintenance initiatives in the properties.
  • Develop and implement property upgrading initiatives, including renovation, interior design, and equipment upgrades.
  • Provide on-site support to customers, working closely with the owner service team.
  • Continuously improve processes in real estate and customer operations.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in French and English, with additional languages such as Italian or German being an asset.
  • A degree in real estate, hospitality, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a structured approach to work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Flexibility in working hours and willingness to be available for customers on weekends and public holidays.
