Job Overview

We are seeking a Financial Systems Analyst (M/W/NB) to enhance our Financial Planning & Analysis Team. This role is pivotal in driving the ongoing improvement of the quality, efficiency, and scalability of financial data generated through business controls and process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of automated solutions and optimize processes across Ubisoft's global operations

Collaboration with IT and Stakeholders

Partner with IT to enhance tool functionalities Collaborate closely with central and regional Marketing and Finance teams to standardize finance and accounting processes across various regions

Management of Marketing Tools (MINT) and User Support

Act as the primary contact for Global Publishing marketing and finance teams regarding all MINT-related inquiries Oversee user access and approval rights Provide user assistance and training sessions Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data Manage the annual tool setup process in conjunction with IT

Reporting and Analysis

Create automated reporting systems and dashboards to monitor and evaluate the status of Purchase Orders (POs) and marketing budgets Assist the financial planning teams during the quarterly review process

Budget Management

Monitor marketing activity status and collaborate with marketing and accounting teams for the creation, reception, and accrual of POs Conduct monthly reconciliations between accounting data, the Marketing tool (MINT), and the financial planning tool to identify and resolve discrepancies

Role Development

Engage in the marketing cost forecasting process and support marketing teams in budget formulation Conduct occasional ad hoc analyses as required

Required Qualifications

Strong interest in financial tools Experience or interest in data visualization and programming languages is advantageous Exceptional business partnering and communication abilities Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Capacity to adapt and respond swiftly to a dynamic business environment Proficiency in English is essential
