International Sales Manager - Spatial

Exail, a leading industrial group specializing in cutting-edge technologies for robotics, maritime, navigation, aerospace, space, and photonics, is seeking an experienced International Sales Manager - Spatial to join its team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the commercial strategy to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the space sector. Key responsibilities include:

  • Fostering strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities;
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share;
  • Managing sales teams and providing guidance on sales techniques and best practices;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales projects;
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies;
  • Developing and maintaining sales forecasts and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement;
  • Representing Exail at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company's products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the aerospace or space industry. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Fluency in English is essential, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
