As a Senior Financial Analyst and reporting to the Global Financial Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for Finance & Planning Analysis duties for headcount and people-related costs globally (19 countries).
Key responsibilities include:
- Consolidating headcount, mandays, full-time-equivalent, recruitments, attritions data.
- Calculating and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as headcount growth, recruitment rate, attrition rate.
- Analyzing compensation and benefit data.
- Participating in Finance department month-end closure processes.
- Assisting in the preparation of budget and forecasts related to headcount people costs.
- Analyzing variances against budget, forecast and prior year.
- Collaborating with Compensation & Benefit team and Human resources team as a Business Partner.
Requirements:
- Master degree in accounting or related finance discipline – CPA or MBA is a plus.
- Around 5 years of experience in international companies (including accounting, financial planning analysis Experience in a Big 4 is appreciated.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Curiosity, Collaboration.
- Analytic thinking, Detailed oriented.
- Good understanding of compensation & benefits differences by country.
